About KeysIQ

National real-estate portals don't surface the data that actually matters in the Florida Keys: flood zones, ROGO buildability, vacation- rental licensing, post-Irma rebuild compliance, sea-level-rise exposure. All public-record. None of it visible on Zillow or Redfin.

KeysIQ is the property intelligence layer the Keys never had. Built by Aquila Strategies, the same shop behind several Florida-Keys real estate technology projects.

Three products, one data layer

• This site (keysiq.xyz) — free public lookup for buyers, second-home shoppers, and curious neighbors.
• app.keysiq.xyz — paid SaaS for Keys realtors: branded reports, comparison mode, watchlist alerts, embeddable widget.
• api.keysiq.xyz — coming. Same data, paid by query, for insurance agents, lenders, and researchers.

We respect public records

Every input is pulled from a free, public-domain source: FEMA, NOAA, USGS, FDOT, Monroe County's own portals. We follow robots.txt, identify our scrapers honestly, and credit every source on every report. We also redact residential homeowner names by default — public records list them, but the public surface of every major real-estate site omits them, and so do we.
