You agree to verify all data against the underlying public sources (FEMA MSC, qPublic, Monroe County BPAS) before making any real-estate, insurance, or financial decision.

Acceptable use

• No automated scraping of this site at high volume — use the paid API instead.
• No reselling of bulk parcel data.
• No misrepresenting KeysIQ outputs as insurance quotes.

Liability

KeysIQ is provided "as is" with no warranty. Aquila Strategies LLC's aggregate liability for any claim relating to your use of KeysIQ is limited to $100. If you have a paid relationship with KeysIQ (SaaS or API), the contract you signed governs.
